FLIGHT SIMULATION MEDAL AWARDS

The Flight Simulation Medal is awarded for achievement in the field of flight simulation. As with all the Society's medals, it is awarded in recognition of an individual (not a company) whose work has led to advances in specific sectors of aerospace - in this case of course the area of flight simulation.

Nominations for these medals should be made on a form, which is available from the Secretary of the Medals and Awards Committee at the Society's headquarters in London. In the case of the Flight Simulation Medal, the decision as to who is to be awarded the medal is usually made at the late autumn meeting of the Group Committee, typically held in October or November each year.
